Scope of Services
Fineek Partners LLP is a loan advisory and broking firm, not a lender. We provide guidance on loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and loan structuring options. We also help coordinate with banks and NBFCs on your behalf, including application submission, documentation support, and follow-up communication.
Fee Structure
Our fee structure is designed to align our interests with yours:
- No Upfront Advisory Fee – We do not charge fees for initial consultations or advisory discussions.
- Fees Linked to Successful Disbursement – If applicable, any fees are typically linked to successful loan disbursement. This means we only earn when you successfully receive a loan.
Specific fee arrangements, if any, will be discussed and agreed upon before we proceed with loan coordination services.
Service Limitations
No Guarantee of Approval: We do not guarantee loan approval. Loan approval decisions are made entirely by banks and NBFCs based on their own assessment criteria. We can help structure your application and improve your chances, but we cannot guarantee approval.
Client Makes Final Decisions: You are responsible for making all final decisions regarding loan products, lenders, and terms. We provide advisory guidance, but you decide which options to pursue and when to proceed.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are expected to provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation, share necessary documentation in a timely manner, make informed decisions based on advisory guidance, and communicate clearly about your requirements and preferences.
Advisory Nature of Services
Our services are advisory in nature. We provide guidance, structure proposals, and coordinate with lenders, but we do not make loan decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for evaluating loan options, understanding terms, and making decisions that align with your financial goals.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
